Hi, I have booked flat at ACME OZONe ASHWOOD BUILDING & RECENTLY GONE THROUGH DRAFT AGREEMENT. THE AGREEMENT GIVES REFERENCE TO MMRDA RENTAK HOUSING PROJECT COMPLETION LINKED TO COMPLETE HANDOVER OF ASHWOOD AND OAKWOOD. ANY ONE HAS ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS ISSUE.PLEASE PASS ON

There are very few projects in Kandivali East & are very far from station & other major routes. Acme Oasis is very well located & the price is the best compared to other developers. Thane being the hottest place to invest has gained interest of multiple huge builders like Acme, Lodha, Hiranandani, Kalpataru & many more. I personally feel Acme Ozone is the best project in the area, because of its pricing, location, area, construction quality & on time possessions. I have purchased flat in Acme Ozone's Basilia building and its been more than 6 years to that. Since there last slab completion they are taking too much time for internal work. I am not sure if builder is committed towards delivering possession anytime soon as everytime we ask we get either unrealistic date for some months and then we get date of 6 months later. Anyone else facing similar problems?

I visited the site yesterday, Construction is in full swing. Highly recommended for self use buyers. This project is one of the luxurious project in Andheri. Price is better compared to other projects in the same vicinity. A 10 year old property has the same price as this one. Specification mentioned by Acme in the brochure are excellent. I'm planning to purchase one by March eod.
