Usually it takes 45 days from the date on which you file your application to take the decision and will be communicated to you baring exceptional circumstances. You should ask the builders about the approval whether they have submitted the application or not.

Hey Shilpa, for interior issue may be there is some rules and regulations of paying permit for interior work. If there is no such rule then you have to talk with the builder . For what ever it is please go through the management . there is a hug of a guy called Satyanatha Rao is Jayabheri Orange County who acts like he owns the property , we a bunch of NRIs came to take a look at the property and his attitude threw us off.. I am sure its the managements loss to have such a person customer facing , my admin assistant is working on getting an apointment with Mr Murali Mohan this week to address this as this is loss of face for indians who bring in international clients to the community most of these folks are VP s and Senior level directors in the companies near by , now we have many moving to lodha bellize just out of disgust and this guys attitude.

The recent update is that the Hyderabad city lacks in basic amenities mainly the maintenance of the public toilets in the city. The worse case is that there are no toilets for women in the city.
