Plot of around 900 sq ft at NH-8 and Ajmer road will cost you around 2-3 lakhs. While with same cost you can buy plots of size 3025sqft at Shahpura. we have confirmed booking in Casa Paradiso, They promised the delivery on March 2012, But till now the delivery is getting delayed. Over a year delay in delivery is really horrible. :-( They mis-directed us while booking that there can be possible 3 month delay in delivery, But after making initial payment and conforming the booking, they came up with possible one year delay in writing, Was shocked to look at thatBut now they are telling the possible delivery can be only on June 2013. somebody has to address this situation...

And my job is such that I just have to go to my office once or twice a week and the remaining days I will work from home only.. Thats the reason I am interested in Gurgaon Hills project. The Bill makes it mandatory for agents to register with regulator. So the money-making business will be stopped i hope. Buyers can relax.. but we should wait and watch whether the bill will be finally okayed or not..
