Hello Ayan, As far as i know the launching price was Rs 3100 per square feet, so may be the price has increased as it depends on the market price. Q: Hi, We stayed in individual house for 10 months. As per the agreement, 1 month before we vacate this room we should inform the room owner and according we informed our room owner with 1 month prior notice. Now my room owner is saying unless tenants come to this house he cant return our advance money. He is asking us to vacate this room and after that when tenant will pay him advance money then only he will return it. We also told unless u return our money we won't vacate this house and he told then again you have to pay extra money for that. Would anyone please give me some legal advice so that we get our money back soon and get rid of this problem?
