Surendra, Banyan Tree project is said to be approved by BDA, BESCOM.. Also many leading banks like Corp. Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, SBI, ING Vysya, etc. are giving loans. I saw this apartment complex last summer and when I asked about the safety issue of having fully glass balcony wall, they said that there's 24/7 security. How is it useful if there isn't a wall on one side? We were planning to buy here but I am now concerned about how they treat the safety of the residents. I hope someone can respond, thanks.
