Hello Mr Mitra..this is restricted in few of the cases. You need to verify the background and reputation of the builder before booking and also information like floor area, BUP & SBUP, amenities to be provided, all of which you might have included in the agreement. There must also be a clause in your agreement to pay in case of failure to deliver the possession within stipulated period. Please note if there in no such clause, don't pay any amount.
