You can do it but you will have to check your agreement with builder if there is a clause for assignment. Brigade Golden Triangle is good but you can also consider Prestieg Tranquility where you can get resale at lesser price than brigade- no doubt Birgade is on the main road - but prestige is a bigger township. Skylark Ithaca is one of the large development in Whitefield area with approx 2400 apt. Good amenities, looks very good. But execution is the key challange and completion time. Today time instead of buying a apartment in pre launch you can look for ready to move options, due to the delay in hand over. ARATT is a good promising location but they have their ready project also where atleast you can get some good rental income.
