the best investment option in Gurgaon is Golf Course Extension Road and Sector 81-95 DLF Garden City , as of now Dwarka Expressway is still under litigation and under construction it will take 5-6 year to become livable, because one cannot depend on only the Dwarka Expressway as other development is also necessary. Basically these are builder floors, they not coming up with high rises . Hi Amarjeet , as far as M3M Woodshire in sector 107 is consider , i would suggest you to please go urself and have look at the site of the project. I would suggest you to please look before you go for dwarkadhish project in Gurgaon , the major point you should look for builder creditability, deliverability and project constructed by the builder till date.
