But the only thing is , when the project is already ready why are you looking it in a investment point of view??? The price appreciation of the project has already taken place. hmmmm i feel the project will almost double appreciation of the price .. if the price is Rs 6300 per sq ft after possession the price will surely move up to Rs 9000 per sq ft.
