Hi, this project started off with a great launch, just because of the location. The project is located close to eastern express highway & framed by ‘Formula 1’ track on the western face. Hence the prices where bit high when the project was launched. This project is by Imperia, they are famous because they have a different vision to provide integrated townships that encompass residential, commercial and office spaces with world class amenities.
The project is providing 1350 - 1450 Sq.Ft. and they have launched the project with a per sq ft rate of Rs 3250. Right now they are quoting Rs 3400 per sq ft .

Hi, Anil,, the project is almost ready, you will get the possession within 6-7 months. But the only thing is , when the project is already ready why are you looking it in a investment point of view??? The price appreciation of the project has already taken place. Sure, Raj the price right now they are quoting Rs 5500 per sq ft, but i have doubts that you will get fresh units, i think you will get units which are for resale..

hmmmm i feel the project will almost double appreciation of the price .. if the price is Rs 6300 per sq ft after possession the price will surely move up to Rs 9000 per sq ft. Yes Pooja there is a proposed metro station which is coming up soon. The project is also connected with NH 8 and Sohna Road . i do not think there will be any issues regarding the connectivity of the project!

See there are few approvals left in this project.hence the construction of the project is yet to start. It will take one year to complete the project!

yeah Naveen is right .. its centrally located and has many nstitutions, schoola ndcomplexes nearby... there are already families residing here and around 200 companies functioning nearb y in the japanese and SEZs...

well as far as i know.. RIICO and rajasthan governments approvals is there.. and i have hears about SBI, state bank of bIkaner, ICICI,HDFC,DHFL etc giving upto 80 % loan.

Hey what is the flat sizes and the price of this????
Indu they have studio flats..can also say 1 bhks of 400+size and coasting around Rs 2850/sqft and so the total all inclusive +taxes asnd all will come to near about 14-15Lakhs.. they have 5 floors and you can sure that in another 3 years this price will climb to around 20Lakhs and u also get good rentals here....

As far as i know they have a project called Regal Floors in Sector 64. The project have both plots and apartments. For plots they are quoting Rs 1600 per sqft and Rs 2000 for apartments in the same.
