Q: Hi! I just booked a 3 BHK flat in KG Signature City. The downside with them is there is no closed car parking facility. They provide only open car parking. This is ridiculous for the Chennai type of weather. Lack of Modular Kitchen and storage facilities in the interior. Any comments on the pros and cons you observed with KG Signature City? We have to really form a good and strong association of buyers to jointly request for betterment of the facility and our living. Any thoughts?

I checked out the property last week and was really impressed with the completed Phase 1 homes. The homes are well designed and you can see the good quality. I believe Phase 2 is also shaping up similarly. I m planning to invest in Phase 2. I find the location very convenient and the homes to be good value for money. I dont have much of a problem whether parking is open or closed. Q: Hi proved owners of KG sign. I have booked 1107 of C-block. I inquired KG office about handover date. They coolly say that electricity and water connection not obtained. If they dely more they must pay the penalty as per contract..... kalimuthuk63@gmail.com

Poor planning by KG builders no proper car parking slot & delay in completion. Kindly don't go. UDS & common space area also problem.
Hi, I just booked a flat in Signature City Phase 1. Its ready to move in and there is no issue at all for parking. I don’t see why there is a negative comment here. The planning was very neat and design is in fact very good.

Hi Sweetha, KG Signature city is at Mogappair and not Ambattur. Currently it is in the process of handover and is a good project to invest in to in that area. Centre Point is a great choice, we enquired about it last week and really found it impressive.
