Q: I bought a apartment here, but skeptical about future progress. Builder says Japanes township is starting, OMR bypass is coming and many goddies are hapenning in near future... I am not sure..looking for expert openions..

Hi Mr Srinivas, Foreclosed houses are the houses auctioned by banks to recover the loans that buyers fail to repay and, hence, the cut in prices. Such properties are cheaper by 10-25 per cent of their prevailing market value. Those houses are called foreclosed property. There are many definitions for foreclosed property.
In my point of view, Bank Owned property means, the home failed to sell at an auction, and the lien holders of the home are paid off through private mortgage insurance or end up taking a loss on the investment. These homes are also known as REOs (real estate owned). The bank with the primary mortgage on the home is now the owner and will usually list the home with a real estate agent in the local MLS.

Q: Dear Sir/ Madam, MF Vruksha - 200 apartment in Nanmangalam, chennai, almost 150 apartments were sold and occupied. Recently the builder unable to sell the 1BHK (total 40 units of 1BHK), he is merging two 1BHK into 2BHK without any information or approval from CMDA. Plz advise us to take action against the builder. Our MF Vruksha Apartment is already registered with you.

Guys Tambaram is a very peaceful area surrounded by fully villas and apartments. Free pollution, near to daily needs, sweet ground water, under ground pipeline and very near to Tambaram railway station only 8 kilometers and only 17 kilometers from airport.
