have recently purchased an apartment in vgn builders which I consider is the ideal home for me. I have begin staying in this apartment for last couple of weeks and amid my stay I have never experienced any distress with respect to the service or any facilities. In spite of the fact that acquiring home is a complex thing to do yet when you are resolved you can without much of a stretch figure out the ideal home as I have found as vgn. In the wake of doing as such much request I have put resources into this task as on the first run through when I came to see the area where I don't need to ride much to go to the office or market. This is truly impressive.

After reading other reviews I felt like I need to tell my story too. It would appear that just individuals who have a few issues with the builders started writing reviews, so I chose to step up.
My experience with the builder and their construction was really good. The paper work was a breeze and the falt was given over on time. I had few progressions to be done before the flat was done and the builder was absolutely supportive. I could directly communicate with the developer and he was warm in getting customers. I had few issues with the workers but I got them resolved talking to the management.
The bulder himself stays in the project he built, what more i can see.
They have to work on their finishing touches. I did inform them about it and they took mind most of the stuff.
After looking at so many constructions and having an experience buying one before I bought one with vgn, I totally recommend them.
If given an option to redo my purchase I would buy the same flat with same builder.

You should talk with the builder or apartment association secretary and ask for a valid reason on denying basis facilities. Also, esclate your concern with other flat owners. We have buyers of 1 and 2 Bhk flats, in the first builder not completed his work as per commitment, Then he was given temporary possession letters to byuers for furniture work. then after receipt of completion letters from authorities, he directly neglecting the queries of buyers .
Also not completed the pending issues communicated by the buyers, but saying you just take the possession. We have major issue of water supply , in this regards builder not done the permanant arrangment for water supply. In this priamary phase only we buy the water from neighbouring parties. and in coming future this solution will not work.
Hence we need help to sort such issues with experts discussions.

I seconded with wasim, that you can put more pressure on the builder by the your residents association to look into your grievance.
