Yes, this project has been launched and it offers 2/3BHK flats. The 2BHK apartments at ASAV Enclave will have different sizes, ranging from 772-820 sq ft. You can also check The CRISIL Real Estate Star Ratings (Crest) provide city specific assessment of real estate projects and can help you compare and identify quality projects within that specific city. They also have a National Developer Ratings list that rates a developer on parameters such as good track record of transfer of clean title, maintain legal and construction standards and timely project completion. However, the developer has to register with CRISIL to get rated and not many projects are on their radar, It will help you a lot selecting a good developer.Hi Saurav...

Godrej prokriti will not provide any service tax receipt against my recent purchase at Vindhachal 201 number flat. I urged so many time to give service tax receipt , but the declined to provide. The total money has been grabbed in the name of Service tax.

This is totally illegal. Send a mail to builder asking for the service tax returns filed by the developer during the relevant time along with challans for deposit of tax. Also get an undertaking/affidavit signed by the developer that the entire service tax collected for the project has been duly deposited with the government. Your builder is liable to give you the detail. Otherwise, send a legal notice via legal expert.This is totally illegal. I am amazed to see that the 3BHK flats are built in carpet area of 2BHK flats, with too small gallery, small bathrooms, small kitchen, small bedrooms even in the outskirts of the city. even if lots of space is available. ARE you all humans or pigeons? a fat person cant even enter the bathroom. i am disappointed to see the planning of flats in kolkata. its disasterous.
