Best place for investors & self use both. GB road prices will continue to rise for another 5 years which is a good news for investors. I have purchased flat in Acme Ozone's Basilia building and its been more than 6 years to that. Since there last slab completion they are taking too much time for internal work. I am not sure if builder is committed towards delivering possession anytime soon as everytime we ask we get either unrealistic date for some months and then we get date of 6 months later. Anyone else facing similar problems?

One of the best project in that area. Its very close to WEH & station. Looking forward for this property. I recently visited the site. Construction was in full swing. Rate psf is around 12000. Builder can be trusted coz of possession guarantee.

There are very few new projects coming up in kandivali east. I'm staying at kandivali from past 15 years now & have seen how this locality price have increased and how the crowd is getting better & better. Boulevard is one of the luxurious project in Mumbai at this point of time. Price is excellent. Internal & External amenities both are worth the price. I'm planning to purchase an apt. here.

Wonderful project in Andheri, best for self use. I recently visited the site. Location is the best part of this project.
