It is unfortunate that such a list is not published by BDA and BBMP. In chennai it is published by CMDA for projects approved by them.That helps the buyer contact the concerned builder.
In Bangalore I find builders soft launching their projects even before getting approval.

AS PER THE SUPREME COURT ORDER,STILT CAR PARKING SHOULD NOT CHARGED BY BUILDERS.BUT NO BUILDER IS OBEYING THE LAW.ALL THE BUILDER ARE COLLECTING FOR CAR PARKING AS THEIR WISH.WHY SUCH THING HAPPENING OR NO GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL ARE NOT INVOLVED TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST BUILDERS .REQUESTING YOU TO ADVICE ON THE SAME TO PROCEED FURTHER.

As far as I know, builders should not charge for OPEN car park.
He is allowed to charge for car park in stilt floor since has spent considerable amount for raising the column,beams,plastering,painting,lighting,etc etc. May be You can get it checked in CMDA web siteAs far as I know, builders should not charge for OPEN car park.

Builder charged all owners lump sum for Repair & Maintenance Fund and also Sinking Fund.
Now prior handing over Builder showing excess expenditure (almost double the collection) on maintenance and asking additional funds. alternately he is going to transfer from sinking to maintenance fund.
During last two years when he was carrying out maintenance, he never intimated any member about excess expenditure nor did he give accounts of the expenditure.
