So wait for a few months for prices to decline before taking the plunge. Other than Banashankari now is right time to invest in Bangalore. @srinivas I suggest you should know real estate trend before invest.

But in Bannarghatta Road all the facilities are there with two big hospital Fortis and Apollo and almost all the schools are near by and the facilities in Bannarghatta road are amazing. ORR will be fully congested in the paek time, it is full of dust because of the constructions and the whole area is treeless.
