After sale, service is not good. Heated dedicated freight corridor(DFC) is passing through Golf Foreste area. And appeal for shifting of DFC by group has been filed in High court. What is the status? DFC was not shown by the group in plan at the time of booking. Representatives of Group are not picking up the phone. Kindly update. Regards, Dinesh

Ranjith, the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation is constructing the 3300-km-long eastern and western freight corridors.. and the Paramount Golf Foreste project has come in the way of the eastern corridor project. Is this property litigated? As per developer most of the sites are sold out. Price quoted ranges from 2500 to 3500 based on facing. Is this reasonable? Banks seem to have approved the project. Could one go about buying this property? I need early reply as my investment decision on this property is pending.

Hi, as I have finilised to go ahead with one of the odd sites which are the only ones available according to the srr group. During my visits I have noticed even though there are about 40 villas ready and assume about 35 families already started staying? Can anyone tell me how the life in Exurbia is as I have 8 year old child, I also want to know any school bus comes inside the building? I want to know how the life there. Any water problems? How about groceries and daily needs like vegetables etc.,? Please someone can answer my queries.

PLease take feedback of Bhagtani developer from nearby buildings that they constructed before buying. Very poor appraoch road maintenance, constant delays in the project. All residents around this buildings are really angry with this developer.
No street lighting is causing trouble to local residents and is unsafe. Open Sewage and open garbage around is really painful. Mind you that builder owns road in this area and not yet handed over to BMC so BMC is not to be blamed..
Open sweage, open garabage area. BUilding might be nice in photograph but Bhagtani's finance is not good. Building has been stalled for months. The road near this building is horrible and everyday traffic jams with honking is a reality. It will make your residence very noisy. The buiilder is least interested in clenaing up this area or mending tthe roads. His track record with other 8 building near this building is very poor. PLease be careful. - A local resident.
This is the reality please try walking from SM Shetty school to this building and you will realize.
Mind you that builder owns road in this area and not yet handed over to BMC so BMC is not to be blamed. So if builder blames on BMC, please don't agree.

Hi Thomas, the first positive thing is the location since it is near to Electronic City, Hosur Road and IT hubs, it has chances of good appreciation.. Cons as I know would be water problem in Summer and there is no Kavery supply here...
