Though people have mentioned that it is highly overpriced, to me it seems in line with the other projects. 16 CR is the all inclusive cost of 2BHK. This includes the stap duty , registration, VAT, service tax, advance maintenance of 18 months, one car park. Putting roughly 20 lac for all these, the cost comes to 1.4Cr which makes it 14000-15000 per sq ft.
But the high maintenance and water non availability plus shared facility with MHADA is a definite negative for this project.
