The price difference is minimal between a resale property and a new property in same project which are close to completion. Hi Guys, i heard that many road projects are coming up to improve the connectivity in Faridabad.. A 66 km-road project on a high-density traffic zone, which involves four laning of Gurgaon-Faridabad Road and improvement of Ballabgarh-Sohna Road on Build-Operate-Transfer basis. Monorail project connecting Gurgaon-Faridabad is also planned. Widening of Yamuna Expressway stretch of NH-2 (Faridabad to Agra) and improvement of the Ballabhgarh-Sohna Road are also in the pipeline. I am not sure about the rates there.. but as far as i know Faridabad is doing really good in terms of real estate. Hi I have a flat in BPTP. I would sincerely suggest you not to invest in BPTP projects, with my own experience as there will be certain complications. Hi, this project started off with a great launch, just because of the location. The project is located close to eastern express highway & framed by ‘Formula 1’ track on the western face. Hence the prices where bit high when the project was launched. This project is by Imperia, they are famous because they have a different vision to provide integrated townships that encompass residential, commercial and office spaces with world class amenities.
They are offering luxuries amenities that include fitness and sports facilities, Swimming Pool, spa & sauna, premium club houses, dining places, luxury branded retail shops, ATM’s etc.

Hi Mr Sudhir, As per my knowledge, Omaxe Royal resincy is a luxurious apartment project in Faridabad ,developed by Omaxe Construction Ltd. This project is located in a prime location which is having all basic amenities nearby. This is a developing sector ,here you can expect good return in 3-4 years. Approx 1830 acres Industrial Model Township (IMT) in progress.
@sudhir, Faridabad is one of the recognized cities of NCR and is located at a very convenient distance from Delhi, Greater Noida, Gurgaon and Noida. This sector is near to (Proposed FNG) Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway & (KMP) Kundli Manesar Palwal Expressway. Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) aimed at this sector.

Q: Hello friends. I am having a flat in RPS SAVANA n it's posession was supposed to b offered in 2009 but till I have not got posession . Their compensation clause is really great. They charge 24% if payment goes late but provide 5 rs/Sq feet compensation . I request all the people who are having their flat In that to please share their contact detail so that we can get posession along with compensation . Hi Mr Nikhil, As per my knowledge, this is a 50 Acre township project. Construction is in full swing. though construction was slow for a short time, but now expected possession is around 2015 Dec. This big project has 12 blocks. Builder has started giving completion certificate to some blocks. So discuss with builder about this issue.
