Hi Satyajit, as per my knowledge some of the localities are Madhapur, Gachibowli, Manikonda and Kondapur which are at close proximity from HiTec city. The infrastructure around HiTec city is superb and is well connected by state owned buses which ply between HiTec city and nearby localities at regular intervals. Second problem : BUY a new apartment in Parnasree Area Kolkata,
I hope your agreement is not registered. You should check the clause regarding the property selling in your agreement provided by the builder, as the builder must have asked you some xyz money to change the name of the property owner in the documents. You can
List property for sale on commonfloor to find a genuine buyer.
