I think you have not visited the area or perhaps you are not from Kolkata. Totally agree with the above member, BBD Bagh is totally a commercial segment and there is no residential activity in the region whatsoever.

What is the price range in these areas ?
The price range for Camac Street is between Rs.10000 to Rs. 12000 per square feet while for Loudon Road the prices range between Rs.10000 to Rs 15000 per square feet. Commercial opportunities are however available in BBD Bagh area.

Good to know that you are seeking to purchase a residential apartment in NSC Bose Road. I have known a few people who have invested in the area and have heard positive reviews. Actually NSC Bose road, Garia Station Road and the area around Narendrapur has witnessed a lot of investors in the last few years. These areas have been the best performing locations in South Kolkata considering gains over the past year. The prices as mentioned by the above member are quite balanced in my opinion considering the advantages of staying in the heart of town with easy access to all social and commercial amenities.
Yes, even i dint heard any negative review about this area. So if you are planning to buy, you should go for it.

Hi Satyajit, as per my knowledge some of the localities are Madhapur, Gachibowli, Manikonda and Kondapur which are at close proximity from HiTec city. The infrastructure around HiTec city is superb and is well connected by state owned buses which ply between HiTec city and nearby localities at regular intervals. Besides the location of Shamshabad Airport have changed the concept of the locality.
Yeah Rupak, the presence of airport has made the land prices go up in recent times and moreover also heard that a hardware park is being proposed near Hi Tec city. Also a nanotech park, semiconductor water fabrication plant, a textile park and more has been proposed near Hi Tec city

Hi Uday, units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 1bhk will be around Rs 40.30 Lakhs for 650 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 82.83 Lakhs for 1100 - 1336 sq ft, 3bhk it would be Rs 98.58 Lakhs for 1590 sq ft.
Thanks Vivek, can you tell me what is the current price per sq ft ?? Please let me know which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project.

If you are talking about Ideal Enclave then i would like to give you a complete detail about the project that in Ideal Enclave-1, installation of lift and lobby work in progress upto A,B,C,D,E,F and G Block, installation of lift completed in BL-H, finishing work in progress in BL-IJ and in BL-K,L,M and N External plaster completed. Where in Enclave-2, brick work completed. BL-R 7th floor roof casting completed but 3rd and 4th floor brick work in progress. Yes. The Kochi Metro Rail contractors have been running out of granite because of the works. The Managing company DMRC has seeked the help of the state government of Kerala to help with the smooth availability of granite to ensure the completion of the work on time.Yes.
