No doubt Sohna Road has developed nicely. It is really a good location to buying a property. Perhaps James is right, but somewhere you should also agree with Seekha. I am also agree with its connectivity but if you see it facilities mall, restaurants, railway station, stores, hotels, hardware shops, super marker, vegetable shop, gas agency, banks, hospitals and schools all are available in around 1 kilometer. I think all these are basic need and people search it while living. Here you can go with Vatika residential project which is situated in sector 49, Gurgaon. If you are interested to invest why don't you choose some other sector, I'm not saying sec-66 is not good but matter here project which may be not reliable. Well both projects are good but the difference is its connectivity and locality 77 is proximate to Dwarka Expressway in other hand 83 is just few km away from NH-8 and surrounded by all kinds of facilities, connectivity, locality and near by areas.
