Q: Artha has been a well rated property marketer for various builders.. This time they are tied up with MBR group who are not much known in the Bangalore market.. But the property location is Sarjapur which is on high demand these days..

Yogesh, we have checked with MBR and I have personally seen the owners and connected with some to complete my research to buy. You have purchased no units from them. Please refrain from interfering in our closed group. I just picked up 2BHK villa and have got a very good service. They are marketing on their own now and I got to meet their owner Mr. Bharath also.
As far as I know the possession is expected by end of 2016 :)

As far as I know is it an ongoing project by Axis Capstone. The project is located at JP Nagar 7th Phase, near Brigade Millennium. The project offers 2.5 and 3 bhk apartments with area ranging from 1930 sqft to 2015 sqft.

Q: I am owner of a flat in The Greens. as an initiative to help people, let me give you the current state. Construction- Builder has completed basic block to extract full value of the flat as slabs are complete. No progress post that. Builder is always telling different stories to the owners. Mostly the executives dont pick up calls, and when they do, they give a vague answer with no definite dates or progress. Employees quit every other month and you dont know whom to talk to. Same concerns are raised on FB group. For a long while now I havent seen one positive comment. Pre EMI- Well, most owners have 2-3 EMIs pending. They started with NEFT and gradually changed it to posting cheques on owners address. You have to keep calling them for cheque and even if you get a cheque its post dated. Now is the cherry on the cake- THE CHEQUE BOUNCES atleast couple of time before you can finally realize the payment. Quality of Contruction- Its the first project of builder with no past experience and as per my view no credibility. So I doubt regarding the quality. Builder launched another project in Devanahalli and its not even begun yet. All I hear around is people cursing themselves for having made this purchase. My Advice- If you like having a KICK in your life you can go ahead and play with danger. Please note, THIS RIDE IS NOT FOR FAINT HEARTED. I have burnt enough blood and now treating this as a lost cause..

The project is in pre launch stage and they are quoting Rs 1700 per sqft as pre launch offer. The project is spread over 12.5 acres of land and has got approved by BMRDA.

Ramky One Carnival at Electronic City Phase I, near to Hosur Toll Road. The pre launch rate per sqft going on is Rs 3330. The price of property here falls in the bracket of Rs 25 lakhs to Rs 60 lakhs approximately.

Gitanjali Honeypool is an ongoing project and the project is expected to get completed by end of this year. As far as I know the project has got approval from Rajanakunte Gram Panchayath and Central Bank if India.

Latest Tax paid receiptDocuments required for Khata transfer from BDA to BBMP.
