I am agree with you Preeti. We should follow the legal route. And we should also ask question like if tomorrow Amrapali is bankrupt or runs away what would be Mr. Dhoni's stand who bought trusting his brand name only. I really thank to them who have agreed to take the legal path. Most of us belong to salary class. Being positive is good but ignoring risk is dangerous. Keep your hope alive, stay united and act wisely.

As per our previous conversation, i just spoke to one lawyer and he updated me that NCDRC is rejecting the case of a individual buyers or buyers going in group without making an association. Same issue has been forwarded to the higher bench for the review. So, i think making an association should be our first step. Because some lawyers have also suggested to register a society first and then go for legal case.

@@@Paras I would only suggest you that don't sign any such agreement and ask for the refund, you will save lots. They can't deduct anything as BBA is not signed. Give it a try at least.

Q: We had booked the villa in Supertech Upcountry in 2010 with DPP and we never got any intimation about the change in plan from 150 sq yards to 125 sq yards. After a year; we got a demand letter which stated that we had to pay such a huge amount otherwise it will be cancelled. Till then time; it wasnt even approved. At that time Oct 2011; we got the plan changed to Flexi and gave all demands on time. Now when it's final settlement; builder levied tax of 9+ lakhs which was levied on that one year of no payment(when we didnt had any indication also). After further meetings; they changed it to 5+ because now they levied the tax on considering it as Flexi and on 20% amount for full year. How can they just put tax when even they havent given us allotment letter and it wasn't even approved. Not only this; they have put extra charges of labour welfare. They are not listening to anything and we are planning to go forward with Customer care. Is anyone else experiencing same issue. Regards Meenakshi

First of all , builder can not change 150 sq-yd to 125 sq-yd. Because they got approval of 150 sq-yd, so how can they change to 125 sq-yd even before giving you any notice. Check your payment plan , if such charges are mentioned then you have to pay as per the plan. Other wise no need to pay. Builder can not charge unnecessary charges. Better if you take the advice of a legal expert, they will show you the right way. Because this is a matter of your hard earned money.First of all , builder can not change 150 sq-yd to 125 sq-yd. Hi Piyush, I was planning to buy an apartment in this project and do a lot of research on builder as well as the project. I have seen a lot of negative comments against the builder and their project. Their construction quality is also very poor. Do your all due diligence before investing anywhere in India. Verify all the legal approval to a legal expert and then go for it. Thanks

Hi Atul!! Club is ready in Jaypee classic between B3 and B4. Now their next target is swimming pool which is little far. First they are finishing club then tower like 3C.
Hi I visited Jaypee before Holi and there is no work happening on the back side (towers 60-80). They are telling everyone that they will deliver them in Feb 2017. Spoke to a contractor there (KB Builders who seem to be the only one still working for Jaypee) and even he said if Jaypee is telling 1 year then add another year to that and by that time only you can expect possession. Not sure if Jaypee would still be around that time.

Hello Syed, I would suggest you stay away from such project as this project has no RERA Approval, even builder has not mentioned that which local body and banks are funding this project. Even I searched in many property portals, but I did not find any approval-related information on it.
Yes, even I am looking for a 2 BHK flat in it and try to find out the legal approval but no information found. Better, verify all the legal approval by a legal expert and then go for it. I got some approval paper from the builder office and handover to my lawyer. If my lawyer will provide you any information, I will share with u all. Thanks

Well, Yogesh Parsvnath Palacia is a UPRERA approved project and its RERA Registration number for Phase-1 is UPRERAPRJ6091 and for Phase-2 UPRERAPRJ6095. As far as local body and financial institutions are concerned, GNIDA has approved it and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project.

Q: It is good news for the homebuyers of Earthcon Sanskriti project located in Greater Noida West as Earthcon has issued completion certificate for many residential units of flats on last month. According to an official of Earthcon, they now plan to issue more completion certificates for other projects in Noida and Greater Noida to make home buyers happy.

Q: Earthcon has its residential projects in many location of Delhi-NCR, I visited their Greater Noida Project - Earthcon Sanskriti in 2015. The apartments were in full construction and they were promising to give the possession by the end of 2017 and the most amazing part is they provided Possession of Tower A & B of Sanskriti on time. The staff of this builder is very good, polite and courteous. They thoroughly explained us all the projects details and facilities they will give to the owners of apartments in their flat.

Hi, Earlier, most of the project by this developer was in a delay status but now after implementation of RERA, every developer want to deliver their project possession on time. I would suggest you do your all due diligence before booking. Verify all the required approval with your local body and then go for it.

The area lies in the close vicinity of Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. All the daily basic necessities are easily available with 1 km radius. Various modes of local transportation aided by buses, autos, and taxis are available for the inhabitants. Tugalakabad Railway Station is the nearby railway station to this locality; however, Nizamuddin Railway Station is the major junction that lies at a short distance from this area. Yes, earlier they have a bad track record but after implementation of RERA, if a builder is giving delay possession, they will have to pay a huge fine for it.
