Land pooling policy nod government, but still there are areas when Govt and of the DDA is a difference. You may to assume the risk and put your money, of the DDA day assigns land constructors get your money 2.5-3 times would otherwise remain invest for 10 years to receive the area entirely developed. Q: What is the current update about implementation of land pooling?

DDA will keep maintain of 40% to 60% of the country after pooling of the to use for the development of of the infrastructures and used for specific purposes. Delhi to a better place infrastructure needs be upgraded developed. Bearing in mind the DDA will use that land.

Q: At L-Zone dwarka, What i have heard that intially builders are asking for land cost which is min 15L..on which there is no loan..Now my concern is that how a cnormal salaried person can buy property as 15L is very huge amount & same is not possible without loan..

List of the only company able to selling their project if the country standing is agriculture,, it is the e-mail why top class constructor while they do have good land bank as here, but not selling their project. Only listed society can to sell their property in l zone since they have been collecting only land cost to buy land. You can also compare the property and Delhi smart city projects.
