Velachery has very good demand because it has developed so well. Many high profile industries, schools, colleges, malls , etc are there. The value is appreciating very well. Hey. Almost all the builders have maintenance charges after you move in to the property. But the charges at this project is very reasonable. most of the builders charge a lot for maintenance.Hey.
