Casa Grande is a developing Builder in Chennai. We have brought a villa of Casa Grande Urbano at Ponmar recently. But we are completely worn out by the quality provided. They attract consumers by attractive words and budget. But everyone have been charged 10% of the total cost during handling over with fake reasons. All the customers are highly dissatisfied by the quality provided. we are forced to pay extra amount at last minute. Most of homes are leaking during rain (Rainfall inside home) and doors got broken even before handling over. But, they are not caring our concerns. They have not used the material provided in agreement and have used low quality wood, tiles and plumbing products. Walls of all the homes have been cracked out. Please suggest the remedy.

I am planning to buy a flat in Vasavi Majestica at Medavakkam. I find lots of bad comments about this project and this builder. When I asked them, they say that they had those problems, but now they are clear.
They promised me 3950 per sq ft. Handover Dec 2013.
Can I believe their promises and go ahead to book flat in this project. Please give me ur comments. Also please suggest any other flats near n around Jeyachandran Nagar and Kovilambakkam area.

I have booked and registered a 3bhk flat in SSPDL Mayfair appartment project before 1 and half years, The project was to be completed by December 2012. Whereas the project has still not started.
I have no news or infor on the project from the builder, I have no information of other customers who had booked or registered in SSPDL Mayfair, I am planning to cancel and get the refund.
