Bhaumik, the sector is very good, you have direct road that connects the expressway. There is a proposed road thats coming up. I guess soon the metro which is proposed, will start the construction.. So i feel in all ways the sector and the projects are well connected .

hello Deep, which size are you looking for. as far as i think they have 3 sizes, 1350sqft,1525sqft and 1680sqft for 3 bhks and they also have 1225 sqft that is 2 Bhk with study. Well deep this is a township project on 18 acres of land and its highrise with G+10 floors. this project was launched arounf 4 months bach that is end of 2013 and is expected to be completed in 2-3 years. I am told that the builder is using a different method to construct and once the pillars and structure is inplacae, they are going for customisable walls so you can opt for the type of interior that you wish for.. the builder is also good, although not very known but still the work has been satisfactory in the earlier project though was not delivered on time...but the work was good enough and the quality of construction was also good. The thing to note is that the project has all the amenities that any project in gurgaon might have and that too at a cheaper rate.

which are the neighbouring projects? and how is the locality?
Well you have projects from Raheja, emaar MGF, vatika and known builders nearby and the locality is also quite good.... there are 2-3 malls already functional in the area..sector 20 that is to the backside of this sector is a commercial area . It is on the Dharuhera-Biwadi bypass road and so is near the NH8 aswell... almost 5 ITparks are being developed nearby and so its anyones guess that in the years to come this is a superb place. After this project is completed in say 3 years, the area will be good even for end use... as this is an industrial zone and the industrial belt at Bhiwadi Neemrana Manesar etc will all be nearby with Dharuhera being the junction point... already the school and social infrastructure is developed.

Well the size is around 471sqft and the proce is rs 3500/sqft +other charges ..so can say overall you need to put in around Rs 18Lakhs all inclusive.

Well as far as I am aware, the government approvals and paperworks are all in place.. talks are ongoing with banks like HDFC and LIC for loans.. the papaers are expected to be processed soon and hopefully for 70% of the amount.

Well Sayatani, the project is just strting construction with work on teh boundary wall ongoing.it will take another 3 years for the project to be completed.. the locationis quite goos as near the office of hero moto coro and the EPIP zone at neemrana..schools like Raath international school and hospital slike kailash hospital is nearby and so is the RIICo industrial area....overall good invetment.

It means "Achche Din Aane Wale Hai". Modi Govt is really doing a great job for this country. Currently, there are many builders who have to be controlled in and the current disciplinary action measures may not work as a sufficient defensive. So, the main objectives of the committee is to see how best they can protect the interests of helpless consumers from the high-handedness of powerful, unethical builders.
Now, the developers have to submit details of their projects, such as layout plan, apartment size, completion schedule and approvals received, on the regulatory authority's website and update it on a quarterly basis.
