Hi Mr Mouli, As per my knowledge, The rules laid down by the CMDA divide buildings into three types, ordinary buildings, special buildings and multi-storeyed buildings. This classification is based on the height of the buildings, number of households in a plot and extent of commercial activity.
Hi Ramana, As per my knowledge , the area covered by the ground floor should not exceed 70% of the plot area. This rule is kept in place to ensure that enough area is left at the ground floor for plants and trees. This also ensures that some area is left for escape in case of emergencies.

Hi, There are some areas which excluded from FSI. Like:- Area covered by stair-case rooms and lift rooms. Lift wells in all floors. Area of basement floors/parking area. Service floor with height less than or equal to 1.5 meters. Porches. Area of balcony or service verandah if it is below or equal to 5% of the size of each dwelling unit area. & Structures used for water treatment plant and effluent treatment plant which are set up with clearance from TNPCB(Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board) etc.

This project offers 1 BHK apartment of 611sq-ft to 620 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 4190/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around August 2015. This project has 1 Block & 8 floors total.

Q: I bought color fileds (color Home) sholinganallur apartment. (Duplex). Form the day one I am here in US and not able to visit that or maintain it either, I heard yesterdaty ( 01 dec 2014) from the builder that the apartment is ready for possession. Hi Mr Stephen, As per my knowledge, other elements driving the demand of this place include appreciating value of properties, job opportunities and upcoming and existing good roads. Well connected by auto-rickshaws, buses and taxis, Sholinganallur is located at the crossroad of East Coast Road to Tambaram and Adyar to Mahabalipuram, along Old Mahabalipuram Road. Both the airport and railway station is located at a distance. Parking facility is difficult to find.

As far as Undri is concerned, the area is development and growing on the back of the NIBM Road. This road connects Undri to the airport, bus depot and railway station. The social infrastructure of Undri is well developed. Office hubs in Hadapsar, Phursungi, NIBM Road, Wanowrie and MG Road have boosted the demand for residential properties in the area.

Please dont buy flats with RSK builders. People have purchased house there and waiting for more than 5 years now and the response is very bad and unethical.They treat very bad with the owners . We should take strict action against such people .

Akankssha Villa is located at Perumbakkam and very near to Global Hospital. The project is going to provide 2.5 and 4 bhk villas and the price starts from Rs 74 lakhs onwards.

Yes, if you have given the name of your property and wishing to sale after development then you have to register you flat with RERA. MIHAN locality in Nagpur is fast growing and one of the secure and fast growing area in all aspects since it is a SEZ. Hence, living there would be a good option. If you are looking for a new property in MIHAN then I suggest you go take a look at Mahindra Bloomdale located beside DY Patil International School in Khapri. They offer 2 to 4 BHK houses and it is located in a green landscape of almost 25 acres of area. It is a promising property and the property rates would surely go up in the future.
Yes, Mihan and South Nagpur are good investment options although think long term. Yes Mihan project is very much in progress although the development has been rather slow. The property prices around Mihan boomed initially now seems a bit stagnant. But nothing to worry, it offers a good value for money if you are seeking to invest in a long term. For residential properties, Empress City and capital city located in East Nagpur and Sahara city located in South Nagpur are good options although a little far from the main city center.
