I would say Mr dinesh is absolute right. and i want to add some more. if we go for resale then cash involvement is there. The seller will take premium in cash to avoid Tax. so if we have cash to pay then only we can go for resale property. and in fresh booking every deal will be in cheque. for more details of resale price and new projects in soft launch please contact me on following details. Q: Iam looking at buying a 3bhk flat in new Gurgaon as a long term investment .I would want to hold it for min 3 to 5 yrs .My buget is 80 to 1 crore(incld reg,etc.,)After evaluating many projects I have zeroed in for buying 3C Greenopolis.Is my decision right?Am I missing on something better than this?Iam only looking at a resale & 100%cheque deal.What is the current resale rate for a 1660 sq.ft unit?In case of an emergency will I have a easy exit ?Can i get a genuine broker's contacts?
