Today the circle rate in Noida and Greater Noida is suppose to increase with the district administration approving a 10% hike in the residential category for registration of plots. Commercial properties will see a 2% hike, with the exception of sectors 18 and 38A, where a 17% hike has been approved. These buildings offer smart living as well as continuous development. HI Rupal, the project is in soft launch and is expected to be launched in another 2 months time and as far as investment is concerned.. this is in sector 79 Noida and is near the developed sectors of Noida. I came to know from news , where Mr Rama Raman commented that, the rates were last hiked in Noida in June 2014 (7-10.5%) and in Greater Noida (10%) last February. The increase in prices is a routine affair carried out each year, said Rama Raman, chairman of the the authorities. The hike in allotment rates is also crucial considering the increase in land costs, inflation rates, farmers' land compensation, etc. As per Mr Raman , residential plots in the Greater Noida area will be dearer by almost Rs 780 per sqm while for commercial plots, an extra Rs 1,945 will be charged.Hi Mr Saras,

In my point of view, Sector 144 is approx 15mins away from F1 track & Night Safari. Kalindikunj is around 20mins away from this sector. Sector -18, Noida is around 30mins from south delhi & FNG (Faridabad Noida expressway Ghaziabad ). Sector 144 is surrounded by Sector-143A & B.
