Even i booked a 2BHK flat in Jaypee Greens Kube and suffering from huge EMI and rent for my flat. Since L& T left the project two other builder started project but even they left the project. As no progress could be seen in this project. Can anyone let me know what could we do as our money got stuck for last 5 yrs and builder is not doing anything for their customer.Hi Subhash,

I just finalise a 2 bhk in sector 121 noida. I asked them to show the documents of this property. They give me the sale deed. I told them that this is the proof that u have buy this land. But I want to see the approval from noida authoirty to build these flats on this land. But they said this is freehold land and there is no need to take approval for building home in this land. Is he right? how can I know the building which he build on that freehold property is legally right?
