Hi Vijay , i have not heard anything bad about the builders as yet.. They have till date delivered an apartment complex and another of their villa project is ongoing. Hey InfoPark Smart Space isn't that far from Nedumbassery but the time needed to get there would depend on traffic. Sadly, there are no buses that would take you there. So you would have to rely on your vehicle. If you have a vehicle then it'd take you about 43 mins without traffic. Yes the GCDA think that the wooden planks in the middle of the bridge have really worn out and in terrible condition, needing immediate repair or replacement. But if you want railway station, then the both the stations of Ernakulum Town and Ernakulum Junction are within a radius of 2 and 4 km respectively. The transportation facility in Seaport road is quite good. Yeah I read some where that about 100 tankers will be providing water from the plant everyday to the city and the officials have assured that it will only be clean water. But they had to pay Rs 5 lakh as fine. The new officials who took charge at Thoppumpady electrical section do not know these incidents. I heard that a total of 17.80 kms of road are included in the project. As part of renovation, the roads will be repaired using BM and BC tarring method. I think from the start itself vallarpadam had some minor issues. Vallarpadam faced rough weather from Day One. It was commissioned before dredging was completed and the draft (water depth) limitation delayed the arrival of larger vessels. THat's not just it. I think I know why they delayed giving the land. They were actually trying to get as much money as they could out of this. When they realised that did not quite go their way.
