It is offering 2 and 3BHK residential flats from 1360 sq-ft. in 2BHK and from 1762-2670 sq-ft.in 3BHK. A 2BHK will cost to you Rs.81.60L while a 3BHK will cost you Rs.98.67L - 1.49Cr. This is a delay project and still under construction. But it is expected that the possess date will June-July 2018.

Aee Kanika, i have no such information about legal issue. But ye, this is a delay project. But HUDA has approved this project and all approvals are in pace. Funding banks such as SBI, ICICI, HDFC etc. have approved for housing loan.

Q: Hi, I have purchased a plot of 237 sqyd in Haryana at rate of Rs. 6000/sqyd (Total 1422000). While the circle rate is Rs. 12000/sqyd. Seller wants to register the sales deed with value of 1422000 and stamp duty of Rs. 171000 (6% on circle rate for husband and wife jointly). Will there be any problem to me as buyer, if sales deed is registered as per these values.

Hi Surinder, As per my knowledge, as you bought the land below circle rate( Rs. 12000/sq-yd ) so while registration you have to pay as per the circle rate. @Krupa, Yes, it is major area of concern to the govt. but different states have varying definitions and laws on eCommerce. A common definition as well as law is needed to govern this sector and help companies operate more efficiently. Such a move will help start-up firm up their investment plans, as well.

Hi, I also booked my flat there but nothing is going on. I am also interested in getting refund and i think we should all go together and let us do something in group otherwise they will keep on enjoying our interest.
According to me, you all should jointly or in a group lodge a complain in the consumer forum and ask for the refund along with the interest. You you will lodge a complain in group it will be more effective as court will take the action fast.
