Dear Sir,
I have purchased a 2 BHK flat at Newly constructed Tirupati Heights at Ujjain M.P. in May 2011 from M/S Tirupati Construction. Its a six floor building and my flat is on the sixth floor.From last 3 months lift is not working at all even after several reminders builder is not showing any interest to repair the lift. When we contacted a private engineer , he told us that the lift is of very poor quality and even if its get repaired it won't be long lasting and any time any accident can happen. So I want to know what action I can take against the builder in the law of court and what is the procedure?

The Unitech who is the builder of the project failed to provide the amenities promised to the buyers. The quality of construction was vey poor and the locality lacks in energy conservation, clubhouse facilities and proper security. MVL Coral has defaulted all through on every commitment they have made to the Investors who have made the initial payments as early as 2006 and are still waiting for their allotment. Does MVL Coral actually have a clearance from the Government for this allocation? How can they penalize the contributors by grabbing the hard earned money of these potential plot owners when MVL has failed them on all scores ??
Completion date for this project was May 2010 and not a single Tower has been handed over to the potential residents even in May 2012. Yet they have the audacity to threaten that they will forfeit the advance money paid by those who have not paid the installments - only because these people saw through the ulterior motives of MVL and their fraudulent ways. Request all investors at MVL Coral should join hands to take strict legal action against them.
