Q: Sir/Madam, SUB: (SSPDL Mayfair appartments, Thalambur, Chennai) I have booked and registered a 3bhk flat in SSPDL Mayfair appartment project before 1 and half years, The project was to be completed by December 2012. Whereas the project has still not started. I have no news or infor on the project from the builder, I have no information of other customers who had booked or registered in SSPDL Mayfair, I am planning to cancel and get the refund. .
