Q: I heard there is an legal issue with this project and they collecting the cheque in favor of Parianda build construction and not on ERA build. I heard AXIS bank has stopped their payment citing this concern. Can someone clarify on this issue?

I did not know that the project that there is some legal issues going on. But the project is approved by HDFC and LIC Housing Finance. Yes you are right the project was about to get completed by 2008 but unfortunately due to some reason the project got delayed.
