Hi Aka, I have never heard of this klazina builder / promoter.. It is better to kow the builder before investing in the project.. Acoording to the information provided by developer is that project is sceduled to be launched in the coming month. There is also an oppertunity for best deal. The leading loan providers are LIC, Housing Funding, HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank, DHFL etc. And the possession period would be 3 years from the launching date.

this is a third class project, 23 n 32 units on each floor, compromising construction qlty, only one wash room, weird employees n policies. the other project given by developer is pathetic. go for some reputed developer.

A few Malls & Multiplexes inside 10 Km sweep. This project is only 5mins far from Honda auto plant, Nahar industry is around 10mins, Alwar sidestep street is around 20mins away. KMP Expressway is around 30mins far from this project.

On the flip side, this also means that dividends may become taxable in the hands of investors.
