Hello Reena,
A studio apartment can be a good investment if you are a newbie or reserve investor cautious of putting your money in equity or mutual funds. Most Indians consider real estate a safe bet, so buy a studio apartment could be a good bet for u. Even if you move to a bigger house, later on, it guarantees you a rental income. These houses are easy to sell as the demand for smaller apartments is always higher than those for larger ones.Hello Reena,

Has anyone got DTCP approval for land located at Vadapattinam village on ECR comes under Cheyyur SRO. This place is located near Kanathur. Could not get any response from SRO or DTCP office in Chengulput. If any one got DTCP approval pl let us know
My replies to this discussion
Hi Ram,
Even if you have purchased a plot in DTCP approved layout, even though they have thoroughly examined all the legal documents and approved the layout, there may be or may not be a chance to create any civil litigation by any legal heir or heirs of the original landowners. Hence, you once again confirms the legality of the approved DTCP layout with all necessary legal documents.Hi Ram,
