1. Position of rooms: Before buying any apartment check whether the shape of the apartment is regular rectangular or not. Be sure that all the rooms has four walls or corners. On the other hand master bedroom should be in the Southwest corner in the apartment. Make sure that the position of the kitchen should be in southeast direction. Also, the position of the living room is located at east side of the apartment.
2. Direction of site: Direction of the building or site is also an important factor for choosing Vastu-friendly apartments, like entrance gate direction of the building.

Yeah Mr Baljeet Singh you are right. As per my knowledge, if you have some spare money then you can either invest the same or repay your loan. If you can earn post tax return on your investment which is higher than the effective interest rate, you should consider investing than repaying. On the other hand, if you expect to earn a post tax return of lower than the effective interest rate on your housing loan you should consider pre-payment of the loan.Hi Mr Ravi S,

After the successful implementation of the pilot project during past more than a month, the facility will be available in all 130 tehsils and sub-tehsils of Haryana. Under the new system, documents for land registration have to be submitted at e-Disha centres, where a helpdesk will provide information regarding stamp duty and collector rates. The help desk will fix the appointment date of applicants with tehsildars for registration of sale deed.Hi Mr Ravi ,

According to me, a TOD zone will come up on the lines of a western city, where setbacks and boundary walls around buildings won't be allowed. By disallowing boundary walls, planners hope to improve ground visibility and avoid segregated alleys and corners considered unsafe for women. Water will be recycled and, because of the high-density of people living on less land, areas around will be set free for purposes of recreation or creation of more colleges and hospitals.Hi Guys,

A banging Rs 11000cr is however to be collected as External Development Charges (EDC) from property developers in Haryana, in line with a white-paper free by authorities.
