Got cheated big time .. We put our whole life earning and the kind of service they provided its un professional. They always contradict their own statements, forget about verbal even written committments as well. So many snags/issues in completed flat and when we are trying to get it fixed, they stop picking up the call. Once you done the registration, forget about everything ... No one will be there to fix the issues and if you dont register you need to wait indefinitely. To fix small small issues I personally have been running from so many months now. The engineer at site says I do not have labour and material to fix your flat problem. They are big time cheater ...
That is really bad I thought that they are one of the good developers in Bangalore and was planning to book an apartment in their project MJR Pearl. Thank for sharing the information

Q: Hi All, Hope u guys are aware of the latest news about the Worli ( Campa Cola Society) demolishen. 170 flat owners have been asked to leave just because they did not have the occupancy certificate.. Although the flat owners had paid their yearly taxes and had the flat registered 20yrs ago, the govt has declared it to be illegal.. This only reminds me that few blocks in PWC are still not given with the OC. Note: This is not to create any worry, just a concern that we all need to squarely plan and resolve.

I hope that people will take this matter seriously and ask for the Occupancy Certificate before taking the possession. Having an OC work for another important purpose. This is a mandatory document which needed if you are applying for a home loan, while buying either a new flat or a flat on resale.

Hey all?????? How can a builder know whether their Occupancy Certificate has been accepted or rejected? If the development is unable to fulfill the building norms, what will happen? Is there any penalty for deviation?

I don't think it will come into force soon. The Congress members have also demanded that the regulatory law be made applicable to all realty projects without making any exceptions. The panel has recommended inclusion of smaller sized projects under the limit of the regulatory authority but it has limited it to plots larger than 500 sq-mt or with 8 apartments or more.I don't think it will come into force soon. Even i think so.....it is also heard that most of the members are in favor of doing away with provision of treating "bulk buyer" as developers since this may put a brake on the investment flow to the real estate sector.

Q: Purchased a home in Nitesh Hyde park a few years ago and I am gettign the handover now. I purchased in the A block so its the first ot complete. The quality has not been compromised byt there has beena delay, as long as the home is as promised I do not have much to complain about
