Dear Purchasers, do not buy any thing from this Builder EGPI.... builder is worst, look at the projects EGPI AIKYA and EGPI SAATVIC, still not completed. PLEASE VISIT BOTH THE SAID PROJECTS BEFORE INVESTING MONEY. HE WILL NOT GIVE "OC"... so u cannot sell once you buy. what he promises at the time of purchase, he will not stand by. for example EGPI SAATVIC 1. till date generator set not installed 2. parking flooring is not as per broacher 3. building top not waterproof, below tank area not plastered, all rain water from building top coming in to apartments. 4. all walls started cracks because of inferior material (out side and inside also) 5. walls not at all done for water curing. we can drill a hole in wall with screw driver itself. 6. till date no corporation water supply 7. at building entrance he made a ramp, we cannot take a car inside, car bottom touches ramp. 8. no proper painting done for the outer walls of the building above examples of both SAATVIC AND AIKYA

The project is under construction and the expected possession date of the project is by end of 2016. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2550 and there will be around 82 apartments.

Q: Mantri DSK Pinnacle one of the milestone of mantri builders, now in a halt, no actual progress in site. Cheapest marketing technic selling off 4 bhk first, and making an ass out of others who purchased one already.

My comments to replies
This is one of the worst project. The possession of flats were supposed to be given by May 2014 and since then there is regular delay. It has been more than year and still there is no concrete answers from the builders as to when the flat will be handed. The response by the builder is also very bad. Every 2-3 months there representative keeps changing and then you will have to talk to new representative the whole problem. The current work progress is very slow and there is hardly any work going on. The facade is still incomplete and the High Crane has been removed from the site so I doubt at what rate they will finish the work. So if you looking for something nice i will suggest you to look into some other property and not to waste your hard earn money here.
Can you provide me some good project in the same locality within a budget of Rs 2 crores?

@Anupam, Mana Foliage offers both villas and villa plots. Here you will get 3 and 3+Study villas with built up area ranging from 1522 sqft to 1935 sqft. The rate per sqft for 3 bhk villa is around Rs 3935 sqft and price will be around Rs 59 lakhs. The rate per sqft for 3+ Study is Rs 3905 and the price will be around Rs 75.57 lakhs.

Booking amount for Assetz 63 Degree East is Rs.3 L. As far as project approval is concerned, BBMP has approved it but it is not approved by Karnataka RERA and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for it.

Hi Gopi, The Central Park project by SLV group is an under construction project.They have successfully completed several projects in over all cities. I heard Central Park 2bhk price starting at INR 47 lacks.All the specifications, location and everything s classy.Neatly built. Easy access from High Road. So many options to buy a Flat. Reasonably priced. The promised other amenities also get functional, best bet to buy a FLAT here.
Hi Bala, I hear that project is very decent but highly priced. They are charging other charges like clubhouse, car park etc. even more than brigade, prestige, and assets Groups. One can get ready to move in less cost. SLV projects not known for good finishing. I met sales team not ready to negotiate my suggestion better look for ready to move in the same area.

Hi Folks, Last month I got a good deal of reasonable value. They have many projects in south Bengaluru. All are well maintained with proper docs. Their staffs are also good and kind of regular follow-ups. And loan got approved without hassle. They have approved with many banks so no need to roam around for loans. All their plots are in the well-located place where metro is coming in near future. So its a very good deal with a maximum return on minimum risk.
