Q: Hi Vidya, I booked a flat in brunton block and got my loan approved from SBI. If there was any issue, I dont think SBI would have approved the loan. I would still go with your words and go for a legal verification Regards, Rakesh

The project is known to be approved by BMRDA and they are about to get approvals from six banks which are under process. The project will take around two years to get completed.
Hi Bharat, We just have to pay 4 lakhs and book and apartment and till possession we needn't have to pay anything

Sumadhura Lake Breeze was launched in the month of February this year and the expected possession date is by May 2017. The project offers 2,3 and 4 bhk luxury condominiums with built up area ranging from 1260 sqft to 2045 sqft. 192 units are planned.
Has the project got approval from BBMP? Which all banks are providing home loan and what is the rate per sqft quoted?

Hey Anmol, Are you looking for a property in any particular locality in Bangalore, or anything is fine? You even did not mention whether you are looking for plots, villas or apartments.
I am looking for an apartment or flats. Any locality is fine for me but as I have mentioned that it is for investment purpose so suggest localities which will fetch me good appreciation or returns.

The project is in pre launch and it offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1140 sqft 1734 sqft. The project is located on Hennur Main Road, opposite to Bible college.

Q: I purchased plot in gated community of Guruva Paradice and the site was showing ready to move in there website, also there sales person told that site will be ready for construction of house shortly, but it has been more than 9 month I bought property here, after February 2015 they have stopped all the development work in the gated community and also not answering to any quarries of investors, Company owners hiding from investors and not giving no concrete answer when the site will be ready to move in, they have been changing there office often also development work is ongoing in other projects but nothing in Guruva Paradise. These fraud Investors should be banned and should be put behind bars, we have this plot registered in our names, not sore what legal action we can take against builder has he has not given any deadline in written for completing development of the gated community, any suggestions are welcome.

Hey Anmol, You have to pay Rs 10 lakhs and book a villa and rest pay on possession. The price of villas in this project starts from Rs 75 lakhs on wards.
