1. Stil now they have not completed any committed amenities (For Last 4 Year).
2. Quality of Construction is not upto expected level and very bad
3. Post Sales service from Sathyam Homes is very bad.
4. Dangerous Reptiles like snake, Varanus are available inside the premius, even after multiple request, they are not shown any interest to clean unwanted bushes for avoiding these reptiles avaialbility in the premises.
5. Servicing customers is very bad and not addressing Grievances from the customers in proper manner
