Yes, they are giving possession for Phase-1 as one of my friend has booked a unit in it but the possession of Phase-2 would be 3 years from the date of launching.Hello Jia,

Well the area sure has great connectivity with the ghaziabad railway staion being just 3 kms away, NH24, anad vihar ternminal just 12 kms.. then there are malls like shipra and jaipuria. Very Bad place to live or invest. No appreciation, only dealer's are increasing the property rates there. Society is getting worse with more low income group residents. Not safe for females. No, it will spoil the aesthetics of the building and you should not do any modification unless the society members agrees for it. You have to give the society a written complain and call for a meeting.
