yeah and news says that gurgaon will see a lot of lease renewals as the first companies that started operations in 2004-06 will be comming to teh end of their lease term..
hello, the Sales volume and sale market of commercial space in Delhi is expected to remain low and stressed as it was in 2013. a marginal 3% year-on-Year decrease was seen in rentals in Delhi Average rental values in Delhi NCR will remain stable and vacancy rate is expected fall marginally. Hi Deepika there is availability of plots and you can visit the site to choose a plot of your choice. Deepika you don't have to worry about long period of time for possession as they are giving immediate possession of the plots...

well deepika, private banks will be happy to fund for building the house on the plot and they suggested private banks only and probably Bank of Baroda for the funding.

Hi, Rupal , there is availability of 2 bhks in this project of 990 sq ft size and that will cost you an all inclusive price of Rs 31Lakhs . You will have to just pay service tax as extra...

That is sad as the wait has been long and now it will be another year before any update is to happens.. why cannt they speed up such process rather than stretching indefinitely...
yeah more than 35 lakh people live in illegal colonies in Delhi and were so looking forward to the regularization... now again late..Shiela Dixit Government should have done that before exiting

HI Rupal, the project is in soft launch and is expected to be launched in another 2 months time and as far as investment is concerned.. this is in sector 79 Noida and is near the developed sectors of Noida. It is close to the existing metro station, NSEZ of noida and upcoming infosys campus..so it will be good as end use and even if only as investment, there will be good rentals in the area...

Hi Guys, The CMO said the health department would open the PHCs as soon as they are provided with space and there would be no delay. There is no fixed lease period for which the health department is asking for the spaces as the department has to run the PHCs permanently. Hey Guys, I recently heard in news that land acquisition for Ghaziabad Metro is near to completion stage. Kindly discuss about it.
Hi Vishal, As per my knowledge, The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has said the majority of the land acquisition for the Metro expansion project from Dilshad Garden to New Bus Stand has been finished. The GDA said the project does not confront any barriers and a hiccup over the handover of a 3.5-km extend by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) had been dealt with.
