I think still there is possibility of upgrades in the bill. Because, it is a customer-oriented bill so buying sentiments will undoubtedly improve. Delays in delivery can be managed a lot if our government will start a single window clearance which will save lot of time for the developers, so that project start and delivery is on time, which will help in justifying the amendments.@Pranay,

I don't think that they will handover the possession within 2 months. As the initial possession date was in September'2016 but they are unable to handover by that time.
