@Pranay, I think still there is possibility of upgrades in the bill. Because, it is a customer-oriented bill so buying sentiments will undoubtedly improve. Hi Sai Kumar, According to latest news, there were fight between police and the farmers on Tuesday, when the farmers went to stop development movement at a site of the developer, Gaursons, along the Yamuna Expressway. 100 of farmers from around 50 villages facilitated a panchayat at the site and were insulting the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) amid their protest.

Here all amenities are nearby . According to me investing here is a good deal. You can expect good return in 2-3 years.

If you are planning to invest in any project , then these are the factors ,you should check first. Q: We were also not informed about the project update of planning to construct the tower to 24th Floor. There is no visibility of the project as of now, when the project will be delivered? Are you planning to deliver in phases. When are you planning to give possession? Similarly, In some states, if a property is bought in the name of a woman, the stamp duty levied is lower compared with what's applicable for a man. For instance, in New Delhi, a woman has to pay 4% stamp duty compared with 6% for a man. This is also true in case of conversion of a property from leasehold to freehold, and in case of gifts.

HI Pitamber, I don't think that they will handover the possession within 2 months. As the initial possession date was in September'2016 but they are unable to handover by that time. Now, they are saying that they will give you possession by January'2017. I think this project will take one more year to finish.
