I have verified that project and found that SBI & LIC have approved so hopefully it has all NOCs in place. But my sincere advice to you to do verification yourself through an advocate. LIC or SBI check should not be the reason for you to rely totally upon their check. You are the buyer and if you are satisfied by your checks go ahead. I would think twice seeing thread and approach road etc. There may be the people hire by some other builders to write negative about others.Hi,
