I am agree with Gangasagar. If it is a case of delay then you can file a case in the Consumer Redresal Forum and further obligated the developer to pay extra money as a compensation. A buyer was entitled to get his money back from the developer if he has lost interest in the property due to delay in its construction. Well Nagpur is the central zone in India as well as it is having upcoming dream projects like MIHAN-SEZ,cargo hub, IIM etc. So the demands for Plots, flats and properties are very high in Nagpur. There are several factors which are mostly required by the customers are like market place ,good and reasonable rates, good locality and aesthetic environment around etc. Pipla-Hudkeshwar are one of them such locality. BESA is another good locality with developed infrastructure and nearby market place.
I would advised you to go for MIHAN area. Rs.250 to be paid for Khata transfer in the event of death of the original owner. At the time of applying for Khata transfer, the unpaid property tax till date is also to be paid at the rate of Rs.0.20 per Sq.Ft per year for vacant land, Rs.1.20 per Sq.Ft per year for self occupied building and for leased out buildings at Rs.2.40 per Sq.Ft per Year. An additional of Rs.500 is to be paid, for private (non BDA) properties, as general Khata transfer fee.Hello Avinash,
