Q: I have a property on my name which was fully funded by my brother-in-law. Now, this flat which was under loan mortgage, is cleared of all loan. I want to transfer the said flat in his name. What should I do?? Should I go for sale deed or gift transfer? Please suggest ASAP.

Ronald, the stamp duty cost varies from state to state. I have heard that the stamp duty required to be paid is 0.25% of the value of shares transferred, though I am not sure about this. Q: I got a call from an infrastructure company and they offered a requirment of land around Hosur, I went and exhibited few collections but they didn't respond to me either they are satisfied or not. If any of the client has not responded to agents after getting little glance idea about the locations where they are interested, why should we waste our time and expenditure?? When Clients from any location approach local real estate agents they don't trust them.. Earlier it's quite a common issue. But why the clients were thinking so, you go through with your own knowledge and get legal advise about the documents produced by any agent and then proceed your formalities.
